One-Year Renewal to the Term Contract for Landscape Maintenance Services for City Facilities for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract provides landscape maintenance services for City facilities. Work tasks include cleaning, irrigation, sprinkler system maintenance, trimming, mowing, weed control, fertilization for turf, desert, or a combination of both. The contractor furnishes all supervision, labor and equipment to perform the required landscape maintenance services.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the renewal contract with Environmental Earthscapes, dba The Groundskeeper, at $654,700 annually, based on estimated usage.
