Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a new Airport Master Plan at Falcon Field Airport to replace the existing Airport Master Plan. The total cost for this project is $571,620, with the FAA paying 91.06% ($520,518). Funding for the remaining 8.94% ($51,102) is the responsibility of the City. The City will seek to obtain a matching grant from the Arizona Department of Transportation in the amount of $25,551, and if obtained, the City will pay the remaining amount of $25,551 with funds from the Falcon Field Airport Enterprise Fund.
