Three-Month Contract Extension and Dollar-Limit Increase for Landscape Maintenance Services for Parkway Medians and Right-of-Way, Sections III (Districts 1, 2 and 5) and IV (Districts 2 and 5) for the Transportation Department
Transportation has opted to rebid this contract and is requesting a contract extension and dollar-limit increase to allow time for the new solicitation.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the contract extension and dollar-limit increase with Reyes & Sons Landscaping, LLC, increasing the Section III contract amount from $230,742.68 to $287,742.68, and Section IV from $137,639.25 to $172,049.25; for the total annual contract amount of $459,791.93.
