One-Year Term Contract for Landscape Refurbishment Services for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide landscape installation and rehabilitation within the City-maintained right-of-way. The City’s current contracts are maintenance-based and lack landscaping rehabilitation or landscaping improvement services. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials costs for landscaping refurbishment rehabilitation services.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the contract with the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Environmental Earthscapes Inc., dba The Groundskeeper, at $581,130 plus applicable taxes, based on estimated requirements.
