Title: Approving the modifications of Assessment No. 20 in Special Improvement District (SID) 242 due to a land split of lot 3, Longbow Business Park. (District 5) In order to facilitate the development of approximately 10 acres of the property located on the northwest corner of Recker Road and Longbow Parkway (Lot 3), the property owner requested a land-split into two lots (Lots 3 and 3A). The Planning Director approved the split and the new plat was recorded in November 2016. The assessment that is currently on the lot (as part of the SID) must now be reallocated to the two lots and approved by the City Council.
