Title: Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation for the construction and maintenance of a Multi-Use Pathway adjacent to the 202L San Tan Freeway between Baseline and Elliot Roads. (District 6) Under the Agreement, the City's responsibilities will be limited to the construction and ongoing maintenance of a 10-foot path including pathway features. The pathway features will include lighting, a 42-inch fence, node rest areas and protection of existing landscape and irrigation. Construction and maintenance costs of the path were previously approved by Council as part of the Capital Improvement Project Budget for Southeast Mesa Bike and Ped Path Segment 1 (Baseline to Elliot Roads).
