Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation for the construction and maintenance of sidewalk ramps located in the State’s right-of-way at the southeast corner of Dobson Road and the 202L Red Mountain Freeway. (District 1)
Under this Agreement, the City’s responsibilities will be limited to the installation of an ADA compliant sidewalk ramp, the restriping of the intersection markings at the south leg of this traffic interchange, and to comply with all applicable ADA standards associated with the pedestrian push buttons located along the south ramp crossings. The City will be responsible for maintenance of the ramps.
