Three-Year Term Contract for Crack Seal Services for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide crack seal materials and full crack seal application services on residential, collector and arterial streets, intersections and parking lots.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidders, Cactus Asphalt, a Division of Cactus Transport, Inc. (Primary); and Vincon Engineering Construction LLC (Secondary) (a Mesa business); not to exceed $1,020,018.62 annually, based on estimated requirements.
