Two-Year Renewal of the Term Contract for Heavy Duty Truck Parts and Repair Services for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
This contract provides a full line of parts, accessories and services for the City’s heavy duty trucks, construction and industrial fleet and equipment parts, services and accessories.
The Fleet Services Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing a two-year renewal using the Maricopa County cooperative agreement with Empire Southwest, LLC (a Mesa business); Drake Equipment; Kenz & Leslie of Arizona; Lubrication Equipment and Supply Company, Norwood Equipment, Inc.; PTO Sales; and RDO Equipment; not to cumulatively exceed $150,000, based on estimated requirements.
