Submitting to the qualified electors of the City of Mesa, at the General Election on November 8, 2016, the question of increasing the City's transaction privilege (sales) tax by 0.4 percent. (Citywide)
The increase will be used solely to fund Mesa Police and Mesa Fire and Medical personnel, equipment, facilities and other services, and governmental and economic development projects, including the Arizona State University project and other post-secondary educational projects.
