Dollar-Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Hach Equipment Maintenance Repair and Supplies for the Water Resources Department (Sole Source) (Citywide)
This contract provides factory service maintenance and repair for equipment from Hach Company located at several laboratories and the water reclamation plants. Several pieces of equipment have had to be rebuilt and other new pieces of equipment added that were not covered under the initial contract.
The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing a dollar-limit increase of $50,000, increasing the annual contract amount from $110,000 to $160,000 in year one; and $135,000 annually for years 2 and 3, based on estimated requirements.
