Three-Year Term Contract for Concrete Installation and Repair Services for the Transportation and Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities Departments(Citywide)
This contract will provide concrete removal, installation, repair and other related services to City concrete assets on an as-needed, where-needed basis. One of the primary uses for this service is to address hazardous conditions such as heaved and buckled sidewalks that typically occur during the warmer months.
The Transportation, and Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities Departments, and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, CPC Construction, LLC, at $2,050,000.00 annually, based on estimated requirements.
