Title: Take action on an appeal of the Planning and Zoning Board's denial of a site plan review for a convenience store with gas canopy (Z15-012). 809 North Dobson Road, south of the Loop 202 on the east side of Dobson Road (2.44± acres). (District 1) Council may affirm, reverse, or modify the Planning and Zoning Board’s decision or remand the case back to the Planning and Zoning Board for additional review and consideration. Two resolutions are provided: a resolution affirming the Planning and Zoning Board's decision and a resolution approving a revised site plan.
