Title: Purchase of a Water Quality Data Management System for the Water Resources Department (Citywide) Water Resources manages the City's drinking water, wastewater and storm water programs, which are required to comply with federal, state and county regulations. This system will compare the testing or inspection requirements of the various programs and determine if there is a violation, determine if sampling or an increase to sampling is required and the potential to decrease sampling, provide reporting and time-sensitive notifications. The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing purchase using the City of Peoria/SAVE cooperative contract with NJBSoft at $79,603.00 the first year; and $68,103.00 annually for years two and three.
