Three-Year Term Contract for Office Supplies and Products for Citywide Departments and the Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (SAVE) Cooperative Members as requested by the Business Services Department (Citywide)
The contract will provide office supplies and products on an as-needed basis to City of Mesa departments, Valley cities, towns, school districts and other members of the SAVE purchasing cooperative. Staff can order office supplies and products by telephone and internet for next-day delivery to desktop delivery locations throughout the City.
An evaluation committee representing the City, the Town of Gilbert, and Gilbert Pubic Schools evaluated responses and recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal, WIST Office Products, at $650,000.00 annually (Mesa's portion of the contract use), based on estimated requirements.
