Title: Three-Year Term Contract for Medical Billing Services for the Fire and Medical Department (Citywide) As part of the Mesa Fire and Medical Department's Community Care Initiative, this contract with Advanced Data Processing, Inc., will develop and implement a billing system to collect and track data, process timely invoices for payment of medical claims, generate reports for MFMD describing the outcomes of the demonstration model and collect service cost data that can be compared to current industry care delivery models to demonstrate overall cost savings and the feasibility of implementing the model in a real-time environment. The data collection requirements are mandated by the CMS grant award.
