Three-Year Term Contract for Transportation Amenity Cleaning and Repair Services for the Transportation Department (Single Bid) (Citywide)
This contract will provide for cleaning and maintaining numerous amenities installed along multi-use paths and pocket parks and within the City public rights-of-way including benches, bike racks, concrete pads, and trash cans.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the single, responsive and responsible bidder, A Mind for Detail Inc. (a Mesa business), at $87,180 annually, based on estimated usage. This purchase is funded by Local Streets Sales Tax.
