Repealing the existing Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 9 (Mesa Energy Conservation Code), Sections 1 (International Energy Conservation Code Adopted) and 2 (Penalty Clause), of the Mesa City Code; adopting the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code by reference; adopting amendments to certain provisions in the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code; and adding a new Title 4, Chapter 9, Sections 1 and 2, effective February 10, 2019.
