Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Traffic Signal Pole Painting Services for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide painting services are necessary for traffic signal poles, cabinets and signal heads at each signalized intersection to prevent rust and corrosion and fading, which helps reduce the cost of equipment replacement. Refinishing is completed on an eight-year cycle.
The evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal from OLS Restoration, Inc., at $194,600 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
